The Kimball/Weinberg wedding is over and I have spent the last week reflecting back on the planning and orchestration of Jenny and Troy’s wedding. It was a lot of work, but the rewards are almost too many to count.
Top on the list of wonderful things is our experience with you and Klassic Katering. From our first meeting back in December through your phone call on Monday after the wedding, you have been gracious, helpful, responsive, supportive and engaging. You made us fill like we were not just your customers, you made us feel like we were your friends and part of your extended family.
I have never worked with anyone who is more willing to give of her time, talent and enthusiasm than you. Each time we met with you or talked with you we came away with concerns, and worries assuaged and with renewed faith that everything would turn out well for our event. Your wealth of knowledge and experience in the event business make you and invaluable resource for anyone coordinating something like a wedding. And your personal warmth and charm make you a pleasure to work with.
Oh… and by the way…I should probably mention that you also prepare the most wonderful food and your presentation is superior! Honestly, I told Jenny many times that I felt so secure in your hands and I so appreciate all the wisdom and knowledge that you share with us, I really wasn’t concerned with what the food was going to taste and look like. However, true to the assertion at your website that “Klasssic Katering has become recognized as North Florida’s caterer for creativity, cuisine, presentation, and execution. You and your staff deliver delicious and unique food with style and grace.
Your service is impeccable. You extend yourself to facilitate every aspect of the event.
That needs attention. And you and your staff obviously have a respect and appreciation.
For each other that is quite refreshing. One other thin that deserve comment is your willingness to share your knowledge of and experience with the array of others vendors.
Someone needs when they are putting on a special event.
At our first meeting you provide names of DJs, florists, bartenders, linen and equipments providers, etc. almost everyone we ended up using for Jenny and Troy’s wedding was someone you recommended. I also got a “wedding planner” at no extra cost.
I remember when I called to schedule our first appointment to discuss the possibility of using you as the caterer for our wedding, you said to me that whether we ender up using Klassic Katering or not, you were happy to spend time talking with us and sharing your knowledge about weddings because you loved working with and helping brides. True to your world Karen, your genuine interest in helping make the wedding “perfect” for the bride and groom was immediately apparent and was demonstrate many times throughout our interactions.
When Jenny and Troy were making the rounds of places they were considering for they wedding and they visited The Retreat at Bradley’s Pond, they found a Klassic Katering business car on the floor. They picked it up and reflected that it would be fateful if we ended using KK for their wedding. This fateful incident evolved into a wonderfully successful outcome!
Please add the Kimballs and Weinbergs to your list of 100% satisfied customers. Thank you on behalf of the bride and groom, our guests, and especially me-the mom of the bride. You are the best. I hope our paths continue to cross and you can rest assured that I will be singing your and Klassic Katering’s praises to anyone who mentions to me that they need a caterer.

As you knew, this type of an event can’t be pulled of without donations and without the donations of Klassic Katering it probably would not have been held.
